QX137 provides custom React website design and development services as described on www.qx137.com. The standard package includes up to 10 custom web pages, AI/GEO/AEO/SEO optimization, mobile-first responsive design, contact form integration, and one free revision round. Services are delivered digitally.
The standard package is priced at ₹9,999 (Indian Rupees), exclusive of hosting and domain registration costs. Payment is due in full prior to commencement of work. The quoted price is fixed and inclusive of all services described in the package. Additional pages, features, or services beyond the standard package scope will be quoted separately and agreed upon in writing before execution.
QX137 targets delivery within 1–5 working days from commencement of work. Same-day delivery is available on request and subject to team availability and project scope. Timelines are contingent on timely provision of required content (text, images, branding) by the client. QX137 is not responsible for delays caused by late content submission.
The client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, brand guidelines) within 48 hours of commencement. The client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful content. QX137 is not responsible for content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, contains defamatory material, or is otherwise unlawful.
One free revision round is included in the standard package. A revision round covers reasonable design and content adjustments within the original scope. Significant scope changes, additional pages, or complete redesigns are not considered revisions and will be quoted separately. Additional revision rounds are available at a separately quoted rate.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom website design created exclusively for them. QX137 retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing. QX137 retains ownership of all internal tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the creation process.
Each QX137 website design is created exclusively for the commissioning client. QX137 will not resell, replicate, or use the same design concept for any other client. This exclusivity is guaranteed from the date of delivery.
Hosting and domain registration are not included in the package price. QX137 will provide recommendations and guidance for hosting setup. The client is responsible for all hosting and domain costs. QX137 is not responsible for website downtime, data loss, or security issues related to the client's hosting provider.
QX137's liability is limited to the value of the services paid for. QX137 makes no guarantees regarding specific rankings in search engines, AI search results, or the commercial performance of the delivered website. SEO, GEO, and AEO optimization improves technical readiness but does not guarantee specific search positions.
If work has not yet commenced, a full refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once work has commenced, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis proportional to work completed. Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
