Answering these directly and confidently removes the mental barriers that prevent potential customers from contacting you. A well-written FAQ reduces hesitation and increases conversion rates.
When ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity answer a question about your business category, they pull from websites that have clear Q&A structure. An FAQ page with schema markup is more likely to be cited in AI-generated answers than any other page type. This makes FAQ pages essential for GEO optimisation — not just traditional SEO.
