1. Services
QX137 provides custom website design and development services at a fixed price of ₹9,999. This includes up to 10 custom pages built in React/Next.js, delivered within 1–5 working days.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is split 50-50. 50% (₹4,999) is due before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before the website goes live. Hosting and domain costs are not included.
3. Revisions
One round of revisions is included free of charge. Additional revisions are billed separately at ₹1,999 per revision round.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content. QX137 retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.
5. Refunds
The initial 50% payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. If QX137 fails to deliver within the agreed timeline, a full refund will be issued.
6. Limitation of Liability
QX137 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the delivered website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
